I-9 Verification is a federal employment eligibility form required for new hires. As an authorized representative, I verify identity documents and complete Section 2 of the I-9 form for remote employers.

You must have the complete document (no blank pages) and a valid, government-issued photo ID. Common IDs include a Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID.

A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or military ID) is required.

No. The signer must personally appear before the notary to ensure they are signing willingly.

No. You must sign in my presence. If it's already signed, you may have to sign it again in front of me.

No. Federal law requires me to physically examine your original documents (no copies, no pictures on your phone).

No. A document must be 100% complete with no blank spaces before it can be notarized.
